    • Must complete a minimum of 30 hours in the classroom (you may begin classes at 14 1/2 years)

    • A signed Affadavit of Liability Guardianship (your parents accept your driving as their responsibility)

    • Certified Birth Certificate issued by a County or State (no copies, and no cities!)

    • Pass a written and vision screening test
